Yes. We can also help you transfer an existing name, even if it is being hosted somewhere.
Do you copyright your material?
If you decide at a later date to go with another hosting company or another web developer you may take the content with you. However, I do not allow my clients to resell the webpage content I create for them in their package deals. This means if you decide at a later date to go with another hosting company or another web developer you may take the content with you. If you would like to resell webpage content, please contact me and we can discuss the opportunity.
Can you design my web page?
Yes, we do web page design. We primarily use templates to give you many quick options to choose from and install them quickly. The word "templates" describe the layout of your webpage. For example, on this page it is the REIWebSolutions on the top, the menu bar on the left and the information down at the bottom of the screen. If you are interested in a fully customized web site we offer that service as well. You can have any design that you want, provided that it can be hosted on your hosting company and you are willing to pay for the design and customization to your website. You may also supply your own design for added savings. We do provide low-cost and free templates that can be customized for your businesses.
Do I have to host through BlueHost.com?
You do not have to host through Bluehosts.com. However, we offer competitive prices (read here - very low!) and services due to the fact that we already know what the hosting company offers. We know where their software is installed, what protocols they allow (for forms and e-mailing), and we can show you how to maintain your websites yourself. If you already have a hosting company and want to continue with them you're welcome to stay. However, the work may cost more and may take longer, due to the fact that we do not have prior knowledge to their servers. We would need to research your hosting company to see if they offer the same services, and to see how easily it would be take to implement those services.

What if I have existing website/hosting company and existing website names?
If you want to stay with your existing hosting company please see Do I have to host through BlueHost.com? If you are willing to move to BlueHost.com we should be able to move your website, depending on your yearly or monthly agreement with your existing company. If you already bought a website name (DNS, domain name, etc.) it is easily re-pointed to a new hosting company and we can take care of that for you. In rare cases you may not own your domain name, but rather be renting it on a monthly basis. We can help you make sure that you own your website.

What do you offer for maintenance of package websites after they are completed? What if I want to expand my site?
We test all websites extensively prior to full payment. If for any reason you find it is not working properly after payment, we will fix the problem for free. We will also give you the option to change content yourself.
However, if you would like additional work done to your website we can either agree on another service package or be billed at an hourly rate in 15 min. increments. This will make it inexpensive to add web pages, add email addresses or perform other minor maintenance if you would rather delegate that work. We do not list prices since they are based on current competitive rates and also on the complexity of the work (web pages vs. programming). You will find that we are fair in pricing and will be happy to direct you to our competition if you think they have better services at better prices.
What are the steps to set up a website with you?
- Decide on what website package you would like
- Let me know that you want to work with me.
- I'll send you a contract, sign and fax it back to me.
- Make a down payment for your site (Pricing is dependent on your design option and login option)
- choose website name (Read the instructions if you want to see if the website name you want is still available) and I will purchase it for you (or if you already have a website I will start the transfer process)
- While that is being done you and I can work on deciding the web design or choosing from a selection of templates.
- I create the pages.
- You approve the pages.
- You submit complete payment.
How can I tell if the website name I want is still available?
Go to the website GoDaddy.com. In the top left corner of the web page is a box to type in the name of your website. Then click the Go/Submit button to see if that site is available. I do NOT recommend purchasing your domain name through their company. Their shopping cart process is complicated, and you often end up buying add-ons by accident. If you sign up with me and go through BlueHost.com, you will be getting a free domain name for your first year of hosting. Contact me as soon as you find a name so no one can purchase it before you.
